Thoughts for Today

Joined Ciao via a friends link. The site is quite hard to understand so I will have a go at my first post tomorrow. I have spent a bit of time to day researching the type of blog`s that get the most returning traffic. I think that I will struggle to build a profitable blog with my travel out and about. I think that it may be to "about my travels" to interest readers. With that it mind I feel that a "how to do site" will become a bigger attraction so tomorrow its back to the starting line, I will still keep the out and about as a record of my reviews, but I will start a" how" to web site around the theme of what is available for free. The idea behind this is to source real freebies from the internet and see how much per year is available.

I have today written my 1st 1000 word review on Montmartre Paris. It took me a long time and that is something I will quickly need to improve on. I wrote the review from memory aided by reseach from my library and used google. I drew a plan of the review so That I could write things in order so that some one using the review would find easy to relate to. I am going to spend the next hour promoting the review by rating other members and see how many guides I can get ratings from. A big part of my early focus is to get my name out and about. I think this will help in the long run to build up a following with readers looking at my blog on a daily basis.

Things to do to improve your returns with Dooyoo

1. Upload an image on your personal details page. Make sure its eye catching, you are advertising yourself. You want other members to see you and remember you.
2. Fill in your about me page. Let other members know who you are, let them know were else you post.
3. Remember the more members who know and like you the more your reviews will be rated.
4. Avoid writing just the minimum amount of words, other members will see you as trying to make a quick buck and will not leave ratings for you.

Tasks for Thursday

My first three reviews on Dooyoo have now earned £4.20 in just a few days. I have rated 301 reviews and have received 177 in return. I have had 3 hits on my travel blog so all in all not a bad start.
Tomorrow I need to increase my daily income from Dooyoo, to achieve this I will post another review, add some more friends to my list and try to review at least 50 other members. I will also investigate the Dooyoo forum.
I have a link to join CIAO, so I will join this and post my reviews onto this site. This will give me two sites earning a passive income. My main income will have to come via my travel blog, to achieve this I will have to concentrate on improving this site. In the first instance I need to decide how this is going to develop into a blog that will be of interest and will build up a regular readership.

How to make money on Dooyoo

Payments are as follows. 50pence(500 Dooyoo miles) for posting a review of more than 150 words. Followed by payments of 1.5pence every time some one rates it. Upon reaching £10(10,000Dooyoo miles) you can take payment in the form of an amazon voucher or wait till you reach £50 when you can receive payment by cheque.If your review is deemed to be especially good it could become a Crowned Review and earn you another £1.50.

I have signed up to Dooyoo and posted my 1st three reviews, I get paid 50 pence for each review so thats an instant payment of  £1.50. To earn extra money I need to get members to read and comment on my reviews.  Research suggests that I should read and comment on other members reviews, 50% of them should the read mine. Before I post any more I`m going to link my travel blog to Dooyoo and link facebook to my travel blog. The intention is to build up a following to increase traffic to all my writings.

Dooyoo pays people to write product reviews on their website, it contains a database of thousands of products, all of which can be reviewed online to earn that person money.You can earn money for each review you write and a further payment is made every time someone reads and rates your review. Each review must contain at least 150 words.
Dooyoo is free to join and use, all you need to do is to log on to the website and fill in the online application form. Browse through the products and services listed on the Dooyoo homepage and get a feel for how other members are composing reviews.  Find a review which one interests you and write your review, preferably offline and upload it to Dooyoo. The site is very easy to use. Once uploaded it will be instantly accesible for other members to read..

Week 1 includes my start up testing on Paid on results, I got some friends to test my links and earned money from each click. I also signed up to dooyoo and completed 3 reviews.
